NEW: Mother breaks down in court as she watches her son’s father abuse her child by making him run on the treadmill because he was “too fat.”

New Jersey father Christopher Gregor is accused of killing his 6-year-old son Corey Micciolo.

New footage shows the boy repeatedly face planting as Gregor forces him to run on a treadmill that was moving too fast.

The father was allegedly biting him in the head as he forced him to run.

Shortly after the incident, Corey was rushed to the doctor because he was slurring his words and stumbling.

During a CT scan, Corey had a seizure and died.

The autopsy report says he died from “blunt force injuries with cardiac and liver contusions with acute inflammation and sepsis.” (NYP)

Gregor is facing life in prison.

Wonderful day! Started the day off by tellin me that she wanted to use her potty & got really excited when grandma came over & got to see her in her big girl panties & usin her potty! It wasnt until daddy got home that she had an accident #pottytraining #momlife

Started a lot like day 10, w/ few accidents but she told me & she finished n the potty. But then..I was busy, when she went & pottied by herself, w/o any prompting! M Only thing...she forgot to pull her pants down 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ progress is still progress.

So..had a few accidents n panties BUT it was only lil tinkles & she stopped to tell me bout them so that she could finish n the potty, so Im happy! Hubby thinks if things keep on like this that itll only take a few more weeks & we’ll be trained!! #pottytraining
