A Savannah police officer gave her Flock login to her husband.
Her husband is an ICE agent.
He ran 983 license plate searches.
Across six states.
788 were in South Carolina.
Mostly looking for cars registered to Hispanic owners.
An investigator asked her: "Did you run these searches?"
She said no.
Then admitted it was her husband.
Her husband said: "Every name that I ever ran was an ICE target."
Translation: I was using the police department's surveillance system to hunt people.
She got fired. Along with five other Savannah PD employees.
All for Flock misuse.
ICE is investigating its own agent.
Which means nothing will happen to him.
Georgia law apparently lets Savannah police share plate data with ICE.
But Savannah never agreed to that.
So she just decided it was fine.
Gave him the password.
He turned it into a deportation tool.
Now there's a paper trail showing Flock was used to target Hispanic drivers across state lines.
Using a police officer's credentials.
With her knowledge.
The surveillance network designed to catch criminals became a hunting tool for immigration enforcement.
One password away from working.
The man standing next to Randy Fine and Ron DeSantis, in Israel, is Mike Caruso, currently on trial for forcing his penis into his 3 year old grandson’s mouth and peeing in it. Randy Fine’s political committee donated to him.
So just to be clear.
Two women and a baby went into Walmart and bought diapers. Someone reported them for stealing the diapers after they left the store.
They got in their car and started driving away, unaware of any problem.
Police pulled up, fired into the moving vehicle and killed the baby.
The only people who DIDN'T make a mistake here were the ones in the car.
The is what conservatism has become. Spending taxpayer dollars to destroy public infrastructure that allowed wheelchair users to get onto public transit, in order to "own the libs".
Si los israelís se sienten tan empoderados para atacar a un cuerpo diplomático europeo y a medios con cámaras grabándoles, se imaginan lo que se sienten capaces de hacerle a la gente palestina cuando nadie más les ve?
Lindsey Isaacs, a 23-year-old from Palm Coast, Florida, testified about being thrown into solitary confinement for more than three days after a Flock license-plate camera wrongly tied her Dodge Durango to a deadly I-4 crash.
Jail staff told her she had to stay isolated because of how serious the charges were. The cell door stayed locked for about 86 hours.
She said she was terrified she would spend the rest of her life in prison for a wreck she knew she hadn’t caused.
At her lowest point she didn’t want to live. She spent nearly two weeks in maximum-security jail before prosecutors dropped the charges.
Flock should be sued out of existence for this.
