The legitimacy of the law is called into question when we all bear witness to it being weaponised to murder an innocent man. When the people start to question its legitimacy is when radicals are born. It would do them well politically to #FreeKhaliifah
I believe everyone has a right to feel hurt by a past that made sure they were ostracized and treated as inferior. As a Barbadian, I remember those times and won't dismiss a single word said here. I'm sorry that happened.
15 years ago Barbados was chasing Guyanese out of Barbados. Now Guyanese dont need a passport to travel to Barbados.
How oil changed things in record time.
I broke a mug yesterday in my kitchen and I just swept it up and kept it moving.
And I wonder why our parents made so much fuss about breaking things when we were growing up.
As much as I love the Caribbean, atp it’s really incompatible with who I am as a person. It’s too ideologically conservative for me. I’m tired of the casual pedophilia. I’m tired of the casual homophobia. I am tired of the NOISE oh my god. My nervous system is utterly fucked.
You reduce crime by eliminating poverty. The reason so called nice neighborhoods have lower crime rates is because people’s basic needs are being met. It is not because of police, alarm systems, or neighborhood associations. Poverty creates crime.
@my3rd_alt@Blaketwp6@Blaaaair96 Rather be anything you call me than a pedophile apologist like you. Lol and for what? Because he has a few catchy songs? Because he can spin for 10 seconds? It's interesting what people would excuse for someone who wouldn't even bat an eye at them.
