@KasimirUrbanski @NECacophony Like the older folks at least, i've had 2 or 3 younger, they asked for, way too much. Even starting in 5e they adjusted to the tactic way I run 3.5 without fail after a bit. Obviously personal experience but I don't think 5e ruins players if they're serious to start with.

I do disagree with a handful of your points specifically as the storyteller one to some degree.

@KasimirUrbanski @NECacophony My world has major events that if the players don't address, well I mean they could but it'd be pretty bad. If demons start invading from some mishap, it'll only get worse until addressed, and while npcs will address it to some degree, it's a hook for them to address specifically
