We recently added in a historical yield chart in addition to price chart for properties. Now, we've automatically calculated the "historical average yield" for every property for you. This is what's displayed now when you visit the marketplace page and you'll see it in the property specific pages as well on top of the buy/sell button and in the financials tab.
You can still see the "current annualized yield" for this month above the buy/sell buttons as well. But the new average yield should be a lot less volatile and give investors a much better idea of what to expect long-term for their properties, especially those that have a long historical data set of yield values.
This is also very helpful to underwrite seasonal vacation rentals that have high volatility month to month for their cashflows.
Finally, the annual projected return on the financials tab is now the sum of the historical average yield and the projected appreciation. This should also give a more accurate projection for the total return an owner can expect.
We hope this makes the exchange easier to navigate for everyone, especially new users.

I dont know anyone with a "vaccine injury." In fact, my wife worked in one of the largest hospital systems in the country. Over 60k people had to get the "jab." No injuries. No deaths. 3 ppl had an allergic reaction that were treated with benadryl.
What is amazing is that the only people I've seen complain of a "vaccine injury" is conservatives.
