Honest question, what is the ticket system for? The manager at our @Target said they aren’t allowed to hand out tickets at open, 8AM. So when are they supposed to be handed out? If we have to wait in line until 12PM why did they print these tickets at all?

An employee just came out at our @Target location in Grafton, WI and told us no product will be sold until 12PM, and they won’t be using the ticket system at all. At 8AM the line will be moved to the electronics section where 100 people will wait until 12PM. 💀
