Has anyone else had an issue with @DecathlonUK ?
I ordered 3x ski pants but only 2 arrived. @DecathlonUK are saying all 3 were in 1 bag. Any help appreciated.

@WeAreOpenreach We have and still nothing is happening. Vodafone have told my wife (her work line) it’s now a traffic management issue? There’s a different excuse every week
@WeAreOpenreach It’s only 3 houses affected not 15. This ‘major outage’ excuse is because of the lack of fibre engineers. An uncontactable and unaccountable service is what this is
@WeAreOpenreach Still no updates Gary !!!! Still getting fobbed off. Not enough engineers who can do fibre cable is what we’ve been told. That’s why the houses still on copper were back up and running within 3-4 days
@BTBusiness Not supporting my business! No internet or phone line going into week 4 now. Openreach did a survey the day after the storm and told us it was a days work ???
Get promised a call back daily form complaints team. Then they email to say ‘tried to call but phone went silent blah blah’. I have full signal at home they never call. A survey was done the day after storm and @WeAreOpenreach engineers said it was a days work to repair ????
@BTBusiness tomorrow will be 3 weeks with no phone or broadband after the original storm. Appalling customer service and poor communication. Date just gets put back week after week as @WeAreOpenreach are untouchable . Don’t have to speak to anyone as they don’t have any customers
Get fobbed off by ‘escalation team’ over and over again. Can’t ’escalate’ my complaint any further. Can’t run my business from home, wife works from home and next week will be her 4th week with no work. I’m buying data packs daily for kids phones as no TVs in house will work
@WeAreOpenreach tree took out phone cables in storm 2 weeks ago today still no phone or internet for 15 houses. Can you do anything ??? BT keep saying it’s all down to you
@WeAreOpenreach Ok but there was an investigation the day after the storm and a report done and like I said one of your team (a very nice lady) said one days work in the next few days. Nothing has changed on the job what’s causing the hold up ?
@WeAreOpenreach Spoke to Openreach people who came out day after storm and took photos and did a full report. They said it was a days work and should be sorted by the 18th. It’s a joke !!!! Everyone in our street getting no joy from all the different providers
