@SofologySupport Can you let me know what’s happening with my missing sofa? Promised delivery by 8 April and now it can’t be found. Nobody seems to know what’s happening. Very disappointing service.

@btbusinesscare please push for @WeAreOpenreach to fix the lines. There are only 4 houses down. They are saying 15. The telegraph pole is erect and intact. It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.

@WeAreOpenreach I have done my own investigation. There is only 4 houses, telegraph pole still intact and erected. Please send a fibre engineer to sort. 1 month without internet is ridiculous and harmful to our businesses.

@btbusinesscare what was the point in sending the 4G box when it was never going to work. Maybe escalate the complaint to Openreach and get this sorted.

@btbusinesscare Please get in touch with me tomorrow. 4th week without internet. I was assured the issue would be resolved tomorrow and now I’ve been told the 8th December. This simply isn’t good enough. How do you expect me to work??
