Y estos días hemos sido testigos del impacto de este fenómeno en Libia, con precipitaciones nunca vistas en la zona y, lamentablemente, cifras espeluznantes de fallecidos y desaparecidos.

Entre otros impactos, justamente encontramos que estos fenómenos dejarían lluvias cada vez mayores.

Nunca imaginamos que íbamos a ver esas proyecciones de futuro convertirse en realidad tan pronto. Pero ya están aquí.
