Better to switch to platforms like @amazonIN that don’t punish customers for shopping during sales.. abd where "Shopping isn't a Crime".

@Flipkart run BBD sale, then Diwali sale.. & when U actually shop for your family to make use of the ofers, their system suddenly tags ur transactions as “commercial”

Thereafter...No verif, no call/emails ..just a unilateral decision to blacklist U from all memberships & offers

@flipkart abruptly terminated my Flipkart Black membership AND blacklisted me from all future memberships .. without a shred of proper explanation.
Reason given..? “Commercial use.”

“Don’t shop too much on Flipkart.”
Instead of silently penalizing year's old loyal customers. Atleast verify the delivery adress of the orders.. wether they are commercial ??

We are legally prohibited from doing any commercial business.
Yet Flipkart thinks buying clothes for my own joint family during Diwali = running a business.

No one can explain what violation was done..🤔
Is shopping too much now a crime?
Even renewal is disabled . Guess loyalty’s a problem now

They shipped it themselves, and still can’t find it...

So yeah, don’t worry… no one else can misuse it either 😅

Ordered a mobile from @Flipkart on 24th Sept.

It was shipped from Lucknow on 29th, reached Kanpur (just 90 km away) on 30th Sept… and since then, it’s completely stuck.

No update, no clarity, no delivery.

In 7 days, even someone walking barefoot could’ve delivered the phone by now.

But apparently, Flipkart’s logistics are trapped in some mystery known only to them.

Even after 48+ hrs, I still see only pre-sale prices despite being a Black Member. i-Phones stuck at 69k, Pixel series same. Why are Black members blocked from sale prices ?? Unacceptable :(
