The novel Megami Tensei doesn’t disclose the dates on which most of its events take place. However, it explicitly states only one specific date: July 13th, the day Nakajima and Izanami fought the devil Loki, resulting in Loki's defeat. That said, since the battle occurred deep underground in the Asuka region, it might have already been July 14th by the time Loki actually died.
