@Peace5Lynda @omguk2024 @dave43law I thought that when they got rid of Matron and replaced her with CNOs it was bad but I was already qualified when they introduced Project 2000 which is what the degree system is based on. During Covid I came out of retirement, did the Return To Nursing course and saw the change.

Why do you think they do that, if quiet is not expected?
Hence players train to deliver serves when the audience is quiet.
You don't know when to show players respect without calling them pretentious, so they are not the problem.
