The Officer-in-Charge intentionally forced her to change the letter and he also misbehaved. He even refused to lodge FIR also. It is a shame how people could get harassed by these officials.

Now, at the time of writing her complaint letter, she was trying to write down that someone took her phone and ran away. But the Officer-in-Charge told her not to write about that thief. He instructed her to write that she did not see who took her phone.

13152 Jammu Tawi Kolkata Express was scheduled to depart from Jammu Tawi on 10.4.23 at 8.30 hrs. It got delayed by 3.30 hrs and departed from Jammu at 12:05 hrs. Since then we all have been facing nothing but harassment.

Worst Customer Care Service. My Demat Account got suddenly inactive. And I've been trying to get some help from HDFC Customer Service for re-activation but they are not helping rather I'm getting harrased.
@amazonIN I've ordered an item amounting to 670/- with 'Standard Shipping' with Prime Membership. I spoke to Customer Care & I'm told that Standard Shipping charge doesn't apply to an Amazon Prime Member. But I had to pay 45/- extra for the order. Is this a new way of harassment.
I think the Authority should built a hault station between Khardah and Titagarh and another between Barrackpore and Titagarh. Each and every up train stops between the interval of these three stations.
