@comedybriefs @CarrieGrant1 I work with Deaf British Sign Language users and I am one myself. I can tell you that services for young Deaf ppl re mental health are failing, not just due to funding, but also due to lack of basic understanding of Deaf experience/audism/exclusion.

@mrjd1984 At audiology, audiologist talks all the way down to the room. I’m Deaf. Audiologist looks at me: so..? Me: ? You said something? I’m DEAF Audiologist: o sorry didn’t realise you might be deaf. Me: I’m not here for me toes! Audiologist: no need to be rude! 🙄
