My mom and dad, both were Khojali natives. On this day in 1992 he came home to ask my mom to grab me & my brother and run to Agdam which was 26 km away. We literaly crawled through the forests & hills on that cold night. We made it. He, his brother, 2 sisters and parents DID NOT.

Although we are aware of the events in Khojaly only with the help of them, we can never see the horrors they see and the feelings they experience through their eyes.
The witness of Khojaly, Elshad Aghayev is one of those who lived that fearful day.
