I'm building at the intersection of web dev & Web3 to add value to my communities.
Passionate about crafting digital experiences, sharing knowledge, making tech easy to understand, and turning ideas into real projects.
@akoyipatrick Really solid summary. It makes a lot of sense how scope, schedule, and budget are all connected. Change one, and the others shift. Keep sharing what you learn!
Been learning about project management and one thing that stood out to me:
It’s not just about turning an idea into a result. It’s also about managing people, decisions and expectations along the way.
And I’m learning how scope, schedule and budget are all connected together
@0xxPaul Spot on. Understanding that project value is subjective completely changes how you approach building things. It really does come down to client satisfaction at the end of the day….
I’m learning that Project Management isn’t just about managing tasks.
It’s about understanding the goal, creating a plan, organizing the work, communicating with people, tracking progress, and making sure the project gets delivered.
@rebecca_abode Challenge accepted energy 🔥 Looking forward to the daily insights. DeFi needs more clear, practical educators like you. Let’s make it harder to ignore!
@Teeweb3talk Spot on. In a space full of whitepapers and tokenomics, the projects that win are the ones that make people care about the why behind the product. Storytelling isn’t optional….it’s the real conversion tool.
Did you know why your business needs a story??
Because it turns plain facts into emotional experiences that build trust and make your
brand memorable.
Here are few important points:
✓ Creates emotional bonds.
✓ Builds trust and authenticity.
✓ Improves memory retention.
✓ Drives conversions and loyalty.
✓ Builds a long lasting connection.
a brand narrative also drives audience connection and loyalty by turning abstract corporate values into a shared, emotional experience that humanizes the company and stands out in a crowded market.
Why it drives connection:
✓ Emotional resonance: Stories activate parts of the human brain.
✓ Relatability and human touch: Sharing struggles, origins, and core values makes a business look like a collection of real people.
✓ Identity construction: Customers often use brands as a way to express who they are and what they believe in.
Why it drives loyalty:
✓ Enhanced memorability: Make a brand easy for people to remember.
✓ Deepened trust: Make people feel more confident and comfortable with a brand.
✓ Advocacy and community: people who believe in a brand enough to talk about it, will recommend it.
@JoyousBliss95 This is inspiring! Turning ideas into visual stories is such a powerful skill. Which course are you taking? Always looking for good recommendations…
@EImmaculat51907 This is such a clear breakdown 👏
Especially the part about managing people, not numbers.
Communication + empathy really separate good CMs from the ones who just spam “GM”.
Loving this journey, keep sharing!
@ox_ivanna0001 its hard. So many Web3 projects build solid products and then wonder why nobody shows up. The 4Ps gap is real. Looking forward to the rest of your training notes!…
@Walkercryptt This is the shift that actually matters. Once you start creating for what people need instead of what you want to sell, everything changes. Keep documenting these lessons…..
@Lanks_001 Really like how you broke this down. Community managers aren’t just moderators, they’re the bridge.
….50 people who actually care will always beat 500 who only say GM. Keep going…..
@CLARKzo_ The long-term trust point is underrated. One good piece compounding for years is the real game. Nice work turning notes into something shareable…..
Day 2 of the Foundation School journey….
Started a real build today….a sneaker e-commerce landing page for Aliturnerq Store, should take about a week.
Got the navbar and hero section done. Styling comes next.
30 days, one project at a time ……🚀
Day 1 of learning frontend development and I already look at websites differently.
Today was mostly setup, but I actually learned more than I expected.
I’m learning how frontend development turns a design into an actual web experience.
HTML gives the page structure.
CSS makes it look the way it does.
JavaScript makes a static page interactive.
But before getting into all that, I had to understand the tools I’ll be using.
And Chrome surprised me a little.
Day 1/30 of the Foundation School Front-End track ✅
Most of the HTML/CSS/JS is already familiar, so this is a refresher for me. Backbone.js is the new one, never touched it.
Showing up daily 🚀
