Dear @rapidobikeapp this is a serious and recurring issue: Many of your auto drivers are using the platform solely to acquire customers. Upon arrival, they demand we cancel the ride and pay an extra, higher cash fare, claiming the app fare isn't "convenient."

@_groww I had an SIP of Rs 2K monthly which got bounced due to insufficient funds, and for which I am having to pay a penalty of Rs. 1888/-. For an SIP of Rs. 2k you people have charged me 1.9k for one time bounce. Kudos I have cancelled all SIP from your App.
