Few things you learn only after messing up in production.

I put http://localhost:3000 in Nginx and broke access for some IPv6 users. Switching to 127.0.0.1:3000 fixed it.

Lesson learned: “localhost” isn’t always what you expect—be explicit.

The onboarding process needs to be simplified more, I think it should be 1-2 screen at most before landing on the page where user can start messaging.
