Youngest arbitrator I know is somebody I once went out with in college, same age as me maybe younger.
Dad is an HC judge, order to appoint as arbitrator was passed by another judge of the same HC.
It's weird how all of that is just a coincidence haha

Please repeal the Arbitration Act. There's nothing reasonable in it. The Arbitrators act more arbitrarily than Khap Panchayats.

As a Lawyer I have more faith in the fairness of a judge than an Arbitrator. And these days any Tom, Dick and Harry can become an Arbitrator.

The love of driving starts at 796 CCs- 54bhp on 800 kgs, WITH a manual. And if a manual inconveniences you enough to disregard the benefits, then it's a skill issue for you, most probably.

You don't have to shift nearly as often as the people here suggest you have to.

@volklub @PulakPrakriti @20_1NM I convinced my dad for the Boosterjet in Fronx. Best compromise imo for a tier 3 UP town. Reliability of the engine is no concern as it's proven world over, and it's a Maruti badge so he isn't concerned. It's a fun little car for me and a fuel efficient comfortable ride for him.

@guruaadmifree @shivaXdrives The aim is to disconnect from the experience as much as possible then. Which is fine because different people have different requirements. But the fact remains, it's fundamentally a less connected experience than driving a car with a proper ICE stick shift gearbox.

Dealers are facing significant difficulties with the current E20 rollout. While the blend is capped at 10% in most countries worldwide, India has implemented a 20% blend. Consequently, the vehicles currently available in India are not fully compatible with this fuel. BS6 vehicles in India were not originally designed to handle this specific blend. This leads to issues like clogged carburettors and other mechanical failures. Customers then come to the petrol pumps and create a ruckus, even though the pump owners have no control over the situation. The government introduced the fuel, and we simply sell it. These problems, which were non-existent before, have only surfaced since the introduction of E20..."
