Just got a new @Technogym myrun treadmill. Worst purchase ever. It connects to my workouts that my trainer uploads to @TrainingPeaks. It disconnected twice within the first 2-3 min of the workout. Stopping it. Saving it to training peaks. I had to figure out hot to unpair my run.

@Technogym But my last 6.1 km run that stopped at 2 k had nothing to do with training peak. The treadmill just turned off on me

@Technogym A treadmill. Went for technogym cuz it supposedly connects to my trainer’s planned workouts and supposedly technogym is one of the best if not the best on the market… I’m starting to doubt that… my iPad is up to date too. There must be something wrong. I thought it trainingpeak

@Technogym My trainer convinced me to get a treadmill to not run outside and have better gains. My only two planned runs were cut short and definitely stressful. I think I was better off running in 40 degree heat with 60%+ humidity and finishing my runs and feeling great rather than buying

@Technogym Worked fine and the day before it didn’t and had different issues today. It turning off like that is something new. Btw The 1st day. It decided to end the run 4 times. Only once it actually said to put the iPad back on the doc and then stopped the run. The other 3 times it didn’t

@Technogym And my iPad says device disconnected. Which it obviously did cuz it just turned off. I was so frustrated. So not sure if it then just turned on on its own or if I had to turn the myrun off from the hard switch and back on…. What a terrible experience. How come yesterday it

@Technogym So I start a custom workout…. 6.1km. To finish ways left. It starts off well. Only to completely turn off the treadmill at exactly 2km. A lights and all 😫

@Technogym So I turn off the myrun. Turn it back on. And at last it decides to work again! I didn’t have time to run down and get my laptop to disconnect the run from training peaks and start an 8 k all over again (because I can’t pick off where the treadmill deicded for me to end!)

@Technogym Sorry connected* but then it decides all of a sudden the iPad isn’t on the doc. Which btw I didn’t notice in the video above 😂 I thought it’s the animation to go a head and start. There and many videos and VMs of this morning sent to the technical team here i Kuwait.

@Technogym But then the iPad connect but it keeps saying that I should put the iPad on the doc when it is one it.

@Technogym Training peak as if I finished it. Without even asking if I wanna finish it or giving me the option to. The device is showing HF and I force quit my app. Still. I turn off the iPad. Still nothing. I turn off the myrun and back on. I think that’s when the my run looked normal

@Technogym So the team from technogym came yesterday and we couldn’t recreate the issue in the few attempts we tried. They left. I did a test run for 40 min. Worked perfectly. Was quite happy. Today I do my pre work run. It’s an easy pace 8k. Disconnects at 1.89 km. Uploads my workout on

@DancinDirk @ShapeScale I preordered mine years ago. Every year it seems like it will be this year that I get it and still no luck. They haven’t been active on Instagram this whole year. Last post what in September of last year. Worried they shut down. doesn’t seem like you got a reply either :/
