Absolutely appalled at the service I’m receiving from @virginmedia. Took out a TV and Broadband package less than a week ago and already I’ve been on the phone 3 times because you’re failing to meet your part of the contract!😡

@virginmedia Failure to send out the correct equipment needed, telling me I’ll have to wait an additional 4 days, then another 2 days and then when the time is up, I’m delivered something which is completely wrong… AGAIN. 4 times I’ve spoken to staff at Virgin and clearly it was pointless.

@TUIUK Imagine booking a holiday, paying for a room upgrade only for the room to be unclean, broken furniture and nothing like described. AND rude hotel reception staff and all you give is a half hearted apology. Not even a voucher for the cost of the upgrade! Shameful!🤯
