They don’t inject. They don’t gas.

They just keep stabbing. Over and over.
Every single animal. Multiple times. Until it stops moving.

Blood pooling. Screaming. Bodies twitching on the floor of the cage.

And when it’s over?

Nobody tracks where the corpses go.

Some end up in landfills.

Some disappear.

Some… end up in the 1-dollar noodles and “mystery meat” on the street.

This is not a rumor.

网暴是一种可怕的体验。我早在微博、脸书、Instagram 和 X 上就多次遭遇过这种情况，甚至有人用我的家乡的家人来威胁我。我的作品和诗歌发布的平台也遭遇过封锁，尤其是那些用我的作品唱过歌的人，他们的唱片被没收，甚至遭到抓捕。在中国境内平台上， 言论自由几乎不存在，我无法发声，但在国外的平台上，我渴望能有一个无声的声音。然而，这些年里，总有一些人试图用各种手段让我闭嘴，泼脏水和制造各种威胁，给我带来了极大的恐惧。作为一个女性，身处这样的环境，有时真的会感到害怕。然而，我没有选择，也不会选择放弃我的声音。

有人常常问我，为什么我只关注流亡藏人和反对中共的抗议事件，而不发布��方的信息或以宣传为目的的声音。对此，我想说的是，在中国，��体几乎100%是由政府控制的，所有的信息传达都是为了宣扬“幸福的Tibet ”。中共的媒体有千千万万，为什么不能有只为无声者发声的媒体和平台呢？我相信，跟我一样的人很多，他们也在努力寻找能够表达真实声音的渠道。也出现了关于我而写的没有根据的报道和作文。作为一个记者，我相信自己的存在和声音同样重要。我的使命是关注那些被忽视的声音，揭示真实的故事，而不仅仅是重复官方的叙述。

然而，不仅在国内，我在国外的发声也让我感到恐怖和不安。这正是中共残忍的手段，体现了跨国打压的现实。我的家族中有些人即使是小小的老师和护士也在政府机构工作，因此我跟他们彻底失联了整整二十年，连小时候一起玩耍的伙伴们也不再联���。大部分家人是牧民，现在无法正常沟通，大家心里都明白发生了什么。骚扰他们的情况是长期存在的，公案或相关部门经常叫他们去问东问西，查看手机。这种骚扰不仅是个人的侵扰，还伴随着特别对待的方式，给予不平等的对待，同时也涉及到家庭恐吓、集体惩罚和因关联而产生的罪责。甚至连我从未见过的侄女也从校园里被突然带去黑屋子里询问几个小时。这些事情让我心痛，但我只是在讲述这些现实，并不意味着我会因为他们的现状而选择闭嘴。或许有人会认为我自私，但每个人的生命中都有值得用一生去追求的选择。对于生活在这个时代的藏人而言，这就是现实。

His name is Lobsang Paldhen, and on social media, he went by Lobga Rangzen. The name Rangzen (རང་བཙན་) means “Independence” in English, and he passionately represented his views and dreams online.
When I first heard the news, I was shaking and couldn’t write anything. A mutual friend called me from the hospital to inform me that he had died. It was hard to accept such a feeling — a feeling of blankness, or not knowing what to do. This was reminiscent of the emotions I experienced from 2009 to 2022 during the self-immolations in Tibet. The news was shocking and sad, particularly because I knew him personally. Like many Tibetans, he was very friendly and kind, always smiling at everyone. He had a warm heart and a lovely personality.
