“My so-called trial in Adiala Jail is not being conducted by a judge but by an ISI Colonel, who takes instructions directly from the Army Chief, Asim Munir. This is a military trial, not a civilian one.
Everything in Pakistan today is being done under Asim Law, with the Constitution and legal framework in shreds. Over three hundred fabricated cases have been registered against me, all of which I am facing. I will emerge with justice from the courts without making any deal. Every form of oppression has been inflicted upon our party. My wife and I would be freed today if cases were decided on merit. All our human rights have been violated. We are deprived even of the basic facilities granted to ordinary prisoners. My books are withheld, and in eight months I was allowed to speak to my children only once. The judges in my cases hold no authority; they cannot conduct the trials independently. Their decisions are dictated by a Colonel, who merely executes the orders of Asim Munir.

I instruct my entire party to remain united. This oppressive system cannot endure for long. It is essential that all of you retweet posts from my account, in a clear message of unity and alignment.

A grand public rally must be announced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where participants from across the country can stand together against the darkness that engulfs us.”

In the last few days, we have witnessed a total mockery of the law. All that is happening today is not just an execution of a London “plan" but 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 “𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭” that was signed between a cowardly fugitive & corrupt criminal and his facilitators. The only way a convicted criminal could be allowed to return to politics with a clean chit is by destroying State institutions. And hence, what we are witnessing is a complete collapse of our justice system.

My Pakistanis!

Please remember, all the cases against me are completely bogus & politically motivated, concocted only to keep me in jail for certain till after the elections or maybe much longer beyond the elections.

However, the growing political awareness and increasing resistance against closed-room conspiracies in my nation scares them.

At the moment I am physically fit. I would know if my body was experiencing change from weakness. But they have already made two public attempts to take my life. Since I won't agree to leave my country there is of course a danger they will try to make another attempt on my life while I am in jail. Such an attempt could also be through slow poisoning.

Our struggle is entering its decisive phase. You will have to fight for your own rights and your country's freedom.
I have directed my lawyers and party office bearers to hold conventions all over the country and also commence the campaign for whenever elections are held.

معصوم ننھا عمار اپنے والد عباد فاروق کی راہ تکتے تکتے اس دنیا کو چھوڑ کر چلا گیا۔😭😭

عمار کے والد میاں عباد فاروق کو پولیس نے گرفتار کیا تھا۔ والدہ اور دادی کی گرفتاری کیلئے آئے روز پولیس اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کے پے درپے چھاپوں اور مسلسل حراساں کیئے جانے کی وجہ سے ننھا عمار ذہنی اپنا ذہنی توازن کھو بیٹھا اور وہ ذہنی مریض بن گیا تھا۔ ننھا عمار پولیس کا نام سنتے ہی خوف سے کانپنے لگ جاتا تھا۔ تکلیف میں دن و رات عمار کی آنکھیں والد کو دیکھنے کیلئے ترستی رہیں۔ اسی کشمکش میں عمار کومے میں چلا گیا تھا اور آخرکار آج عمار اس دنیا کو خیر آباد کہہ گیا ہے۔
عمار تو دنیا سے چلا گیا
مگر پاکستانی قوم کیلئے تین سوالات چھوڑ گیا

1 : میرے قتل کا زمے دار کون ہے؟
2 : میں اپنا لہو کس کے ہاتھ تلاش کروں؟
3 : مجھے انصاف کون دلوائے گا؟
بے رحمی اور سنگدلی کی بدترین علامت یہ ہے عمار کے والد میاں عباد فاروق جو اس وقت جیل میں بند ہیں انہیں اپنے ںچے کا آخری دیدار کرنے کیلئے بھی نہیں چھوڑا جارہا ہے۔ پاکستان میں انسانی حقوق صلب ہوچکے ہیں۔ انسانی حقوق سے کھلواڑ پاکستان میں روز کا معمول بنتا جارہا ہے۔
ہم چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان محترم قاضی فائز عیسیٰ صاحب سے اپیل کرتے ہیں وہ معصوم عمار کو انصاف دلوائیں۔ عمار کو ذہنی مریض بنانے والے عناصر کو سخت ترین سزا دی جائے۔ عمار کے والد کو اپنے بیٹے کا آخری دیدار کرنے کیلئے عارضی رہائی دی جائے.

میں اللّٰہ کو گواہ بنا کر کہتا ہوں کہ میں نے آفیشل سیکرٹس ترمیمی بل 2023 اور پاکستان آرمی ترمیمی بل 2023 پر دستخط نہیں کیے کیونکہ میں ان قوانین سے متفق نہیں تھا۔ میں نے اپنے عملے سے کہا کہ وہ بغیر دستخط شدہ بلوں کو مقررہ وقت کے اندر واپس کر دیں تاکہ انہیں غیر موثر بنایا جا سکے۔ میں نے ان سے کئی بار تصدیق کی کہ آیا وہ واپس جا چکے ہیں اور مجھے یقین دلایا گیا کہ وہ جا چکے ہیں۔ تاہم مجھے آج پتہ چلا کہ میرا عملہ میری مرضی اور حکم کے خلاف گیا۔
اللہ سب جانتا ہے، وہ انشاء اللہ معاف کر دے گا۔ لیکن میں ان لوگوں سے معافی مانگتا ہوں جو اس سے متاثر ہوں گے۔
