There is a difference between being foolish and being too foolish. Being foolish will make you not realize how extremely foolish you have foolishly become.
Your back didn’t “betray” you overnight.
Most back pain starts smaller than people think: a long sit, a weird lift, a week of stress, a core that’s been ignored, sleep that never quite resets the body. The spine is strong. A lot of what we call “my back went out” is muscle, ligament, or irritation, definitely not a broken structure.
When I was working, I learned that the hard way. Some patients were on the bigger side, and we still had to lift them. That is part of the job. My height made it worse. If the bed could not be adjusted, or the patient was extremely large, I was lifting from a bad angle reaching, twisting, locking my knees. First my back got sore. Then my knee. Then I started getting scared before certain lifts. Not of the person in the bed. Of what that lift might do to me.
Common causes I keep seeing:
1. Strain from lifting, twisting, or doing more than your body is used to
2. Hours of sitting with a slumped or locked posture
Your tailor doesn't need to copy every design trending on Instagram.
A good designer should be able to understand your body, your personality and your lifestyle. Then create something that works FOR YOU.!
Before choosing a design, think about your body type.
The same style can look completely different on two people.
Fit should always be personal.
