ویدیویی که به افغانستان اینترنشنال رسیده نشان می‌دهد یک موتر یخچالی مهاجران افغان را در اردوگاه مرصاد، واقع در ۳۰ کیلومتری کرمانشاه، پیاده می‌کند. در این ویدیو دیده می‌شود که برخی از مهاجران پس از پیاده شدن، ناچارند روی زمین دراز بکشند و صدای گریه یک زن نیز به گوش می‌رسد.

مهاجران می‌گویند مقام‌های جمهوری اسلامی حتی افرادی را که دارای کارت آمایش و مدارک قانونی بودند، با این موتر یخچالی به اردوگاه منتقل کرده‌اند تا حضور قانونی اعضای خانواده‌شان را اثبات کنند.
