What about this beast? ☠️
I built it 6 years ago using low-cost materials, but it has a strong chassis and 130 mm wheels.
I think it's time to bring it back with some serious upgrades
From prototype to prototype.
Every new robot is better than the last one.
More power. Better design. More experience.
Every build teaches something new.
Always improving. Always building.⚡
@alexpdiggs Thanks! Right now I'm using an ESP32-CAM + Arduino, but for future projects I plan to move to a Raspberry Pi or NVIDIA Jetson for more advanced AI and computer vision capabilities
🔧 Rover Update
The rebuild is underway.
I'm redesigning my little rover with a stronger body and preparing it for new upgrades. Every version is a step forward, and I'm excited to see how this project evolves.
New Updates for My Little Rover
The rover is currently under reconstruction for a new version.
I'm rebuilding it with new upgrades and improvements for the next stage of the project.
Work in progress.💣
New progress made on ARES-8. More features have been integrated and testing is moving forward. Bigger upgrades are already in development.
Stay tuned. ⚡
Just finished upgrading my little rover 🚀
I replaced the Arduino UNO with an ESP32 for Wi-Fi control from anywhere in the world
Also upgraded to larger wheels for better off-road performance and added front LEDs for night driving 💡🛞
