Paid Rs 16,000 for petrol today. I’m trying to budget, cut costs, do everything right—and it’s still not enough. I’m exhausted trying to make things work. This isn’t living, it’s constant stress. How is anyone supposed to survive this?
So true. I live in a relatively cleaner part of Lahore and lavv the jhumka bell fragrance n the moon i get to see at night from window alongwith the mild breeze, but every morning i wake up to everything glazed in dust.
we live on a planet where trees warn each other of danger through underground networks. where octopuses dream. where elephants return to the bones of their dead and stand over them in silence. where bees communicate through dance, showing each other where to fly. where flowers bloom...where crows remember human faces -especially those who were cruel to them - and pass that memory on to their young. where ants build entire cities. where cats purr at a frequency that can help heal bones. where forests, after fires, grow flowers first.
@maissum I remember watching it with my father and that was such an emotional roller coaster uffff how we both became crazy fans of Agha Jan… Rest in Peace Abu ji
An excellent article by @ShashiTharoor on mediation efforts by Pakistan for regional peace and stability.Has rightly pointed out that a neighbour’s successful mediation doesn’t diminish India’s standing in a nuclear-armed neighbourhood. A win for stability is a win for everyone
