✅Ensure loss and damage receives real funding, moving beyond mere pledges.
✅Provide direct fund access to local actors, empowering them with decision-making authority.
✅Establish fund governance that includes highly impacted countries and their civil societies, granting them real power over fund allocation.
✅Simplify processes to make them less bureaucratic and more people-friendly.
