@AlrfaAlmhamy أنا فاهم وجهة نظرك، الخلاف إن الغالبية العظمى من الدكاترة شايفين أن مافيش حد محتاجه و مافيش سبب لاستخدام الإجراء ده و فوق كده أضراره عظيمة و أي إجراء ممكن يسبب ضرر ماينفعش نعمله خصوصا إن حياة المريض هتبقى أسوأ بعده.

يمكن نقطة الخلاف الوحيدة هى أن الإجراء الجراحي ده مش هيعالج الشهوة الزيادة و بالتالي ما ينفعش نعتبره حل وفقا للي العلم عرفهولنا النهارده.
الجراحة عموما ملجأ أخير لحل المشاكل الطبية مش إجراء وقائي.

@AlrfaAlmhamy إحنا متفقين حزئيا، الأعضاء الخارجية ليها دور كبير فى إشباع الشهوة، يبقى لو قطعناها نكون بنوقع ضرر ممكن تجنبه بدون قطعها، بالتالي لو إجراء جراحي ضرره أكتر من نفعه يبقى ماينفعش نعمله.
أي حد ممكن يسرق، هل الحل إننا نشجع قطع إيد الناس كلها لما يتموا ١٠ سنين عشان نحميهم؟

@AlrfaAlmhamy الطب و العلم أثبتوا أن الشهوة مصدرها و محلها الدماغ مش الأعضاء الخارجية، الحُجَة أن ليها فوايد سلوكية ده زي ما نقول هنقطع طرف العضو الذكري عشان نحمي الراجل من الزنا، الشهوة هتفضل موجودة و ملحة بس هنحرمه من وسيلة إشباعها، و يعيش عاجز و محروم بقية عمره.
