@LosAngelesChamp@SleeperNFL@NateAtkins_@TheAthletic@RamsTapes@SleeperRams It’s about value. You wouldn’t be concerned if a 6th round pick wasn’t able to separate from a veteran.
This is your FIRST ROUND pick. He has to have some value and being the equivalent to a day 3 pick is not it, talent wise or money wise.
@ScottCosco@CFBKings That would imply someone would want them.
They ain’t Notre Dame. They can’t go independent, and no conference would want to touch this shit show.
@mcbz96@DistGains1000@On3 If they can survive their two biggest schools taking the ball and running to the SEC, I think they can handle losing a school thats only relevance is wasting Patrick Mahomes and having Oil money.
@ourboarwrist@KeithMurphy@ChadLeistikow I believe it’s like the Alabama basketball thing.
Any game he plays in is “legal”, and will always be considered as such so long as the injunction isn’t overturned prior to them.
Basically if they don’t overturn it before august (they prob won’t), TTU loses nothing
@CycloneKingdom@u_fullback Is Purdy the only OT to be all pro at LT & RT? Has Purdy set contract records? Was he selected to the NFL top 100 after his rookie season?
Purdy is good, but he’s just that. Some of our guys are among the best in their position.
I.e. You’re not taking Purdy over Allen.
@doresa0@CourtneyRCronin 1) He won the Rimington award for the best Center in CFB.
2) He was a part of the Joe Moore winning OL, for the best OL in CFB.
3) He has the biggest squat in Iowa Football history, at 705 LBs.
@flurofour To an extent yeah, but it’s less a symptom of a sport and more a symptom of broadcast companies and their greed.
Like the amount of times I’ve seen the TD-Commercials-Kickoff-Commercials combo is too high.
