Amupitan should show us where the court served them the notice to reflect this in their portal, failure which the Chairman, Amupitan should honourably sign that pre-resignation letter this administration was alleged to have prepared for him before he assumed this position.

We can't keep repeating history and taking our country back each time anti-democratic forces want to destroy months and years of efforts put in by those who want to improve our democratic structures. Our children have the added advantage of living in the digital age which we didn't have during the times of the Arthur Nzeribes and other elements of disruption.

If INEC insists they are following court orders as reflected here, which judge signed the order, on what date and which court? Amupitan and his INEC have no powers to remove a party EXCO and disrupt its activities and must reverse itself immediately before Nigerians show him they are the taxpayers who fund the commission and not from the personal pockets of those who appointed them. INEC is answerable to the Nigerian people not any government in power and that's what the 'I' in INEC stands for. Amupitan should be made aware of this.
