Black lives have mattered to us in the 20 years we’ve been existence and since the founding of Green Valley over 150 years ago. In a matter of just a few days, we’ve seen so much trauma regarding Black people in this country and law enforcement.

Today is Census Day! BAJCDC is a partner with Arlington County and we are encouraging everyone to respond to the census mailer sent to your home. While you still have time to complete the census after today, here are some important dates for the census. #BeCounted

May 27 – August 14: Census takers will interview homes that haven't responded to the 2020 Census to help make sure everyone is counted.
