The Bay Area Municipal Elections Committee (BAYMEC) condemns the senseless act of gun violence and hate against our community that happened last night in Colorado Springs. This has to stop! We condemn hate in all forms and the continued attacks on the LGBTQ+ community.
We ask for all leaders to stand against all forms of hate and to condemn LGBTQ+ misinformation. Our thoughts are with the victims and their loved ones.
