Could you guide all of us in getting RTI on GHMC, CMC, MMC available online.
Currently one has to leave his personal,private , professional work, take time out of all this, physically go to concerned PIO, Wait for long time, not sure when the issue woul be resolved. Also citizens have to go to Post office to get Rs. 10 postal order in the age of UPI.
Considering these inconvenience to citizens could you help us in this regard.

I am so happy that MMC is providing 50%waiver ,
I would be happier if you could provide the calculation details ( Formula, variable values, constant values, mathematics ) used in the property tax payment amount on Website, CURE APP alongwith the billed amount.
More than two years still no information provided by erstwhile GHMC @CommissionrGHMC @TaxGhmc @ZC_LBNagar , @DC_Hayathnagar , hopefully with the change in Management in MMC - Citizens will know the calculations used in arriving at the final amount.
Even for an RTI , there is no written response specifying these details.

Refer attached video, unable to raise grievances in CURE APP as
1 . It's not allowing to attach pictures from the gallery which were taken yesterday evening. Refer attached pictures.
2 . Citizen if he has to raise the grievance he has stand at the grievance site, complete all blocks then take live pictures. What purpose does it serve I couldn't understand.
What if whole street lights are not glowing and it's raining, do you want citizens to stand in rain and fill the details in the CURE APP..
Previously one could take pictures and fill the grievance at next available opportunity at their convinient time.
Hopefully this glitch was not noticed while updating the APP. Hopefully the facility to attach the pictures from gallery would be provided soon for the convenience of the citizens.

Could you please provide the steps for rating a conversation with a customer service partner that took place a few days ago? Occasionally, customers prefer to provide feedback only after a proposed solution has been implemented, which can take anywhere from a few hours to several days.

In such cases, how can a customer provide a rating for the service partner after the initial interaction has ended?

Blinkit APP gives an option to rate delivery partner and the products. However there's no option to rate your customer service partner who resolve the issues peacefully.
Kindly add options to rate other contributors like customer service partner .
Issue is resolved but name of customer service partner and option to rate is not provided in the APP .

Dear Sir,
From almost two years, I have been asking for a similar way of Step by step calculations method used by GHMC, MMC, CMC for property tax billing .
We are currently paying blindly without any formal written note or communication on how to calculate the property tax .
If there are any discrepancies in the billed amount there is no reference point or write up to cross check for any discrepancies.
Can't understand the resistance or reluctance to print the calculations on the property tax bill and reciept similar to electricity bill and water bill.

For defaulters 90% waiver is given property tax bill and those who are paying on time they are not even given a property tax bill Or reciept with calculations details.
@tgspdcl - they provide the details being used for calculations of electricity bill on the electricity bill itself.
@HMWSSBOnline - they provide the details being used for calculations of water bill on the water bill itself.

Why can't the calculations details be printed on the property tax bill and on the payment reciept.
Could you have help in making it mandatory to include the calculations in the property tax bill and reciept similar to electricity Bill and water bill.

For 5 years, there used to be a problem of water clogging for 1 hour, during rains and then it goes off - people can atleast walk in sideways then.

After an intervention by #GHMC, a solution was put in place. Construction for this was for 1 year or 2 years or more. People waited though it was an inconvenience!

Now, today with the rains, it became much worse. Water clogging is super increased and problem aggravated. Pls see video.

Impact to lives are huge - economical, liveability, health, hygiene, various other movement problems and more inconvenience.

Such a failure project and scene!
