Great to be at BBC HQ in London nice & early this morning to chat to BBC Local Radio about the momentous events of yesterday. The projection of the Queen on the front of Broadcasting House looks amazing.

Lots of children leaving tributes to the Queen at Buckingham Palace this Saturday morning. V moving to see all the hand-drawn cards & messages. Tea with Paddington did so much to introduce her to little ones. It’s a loss felt by every generation. @BBCNorthampton
