@ZacHereth I agree it’s unfortunate geography isn’t on their side. I think they would be good as 2B, but are firmly in 1A territory.
Same issue for Vashon, Pt. Townsend and Klwahoya in Nisqually league. If only they were farther north, could be a good league for Sultan, GF, and S Whidbey

@ZacHereth If my math is right, accounting fir additions and subtractions, 1A districts are pretty stable. District 5 loses a net 4, so they will lose an allocation. I think D1/2 should keep 5 through borg years of the cycle. The allocations should come out in August or September I think

@ZacHereth Interesting to think of a league tournament like that. I guess they could do it like the 2A Dist 1 tournament is: 1-4 automatically in double elimination and 5-12 play each other to get in. Leave out the worst 2 teams from the lower division.

@ZacHereth I do hope they go to a double elimination format fir the Bi-District; I hate having the 3-seeds playing in loser out games because often the 4 seed from up north is stronger than the 3 seed from down here. It will be good for the former North Sound Conf. teams, I think.

@ZacHereth Yeah it seems that way to me too. It’s going to be interesting to see what the league tournament looks like...and Bi-District too (if they decide to do one with the NWC 1A’s)
