This is a sincere appeal on behalf of the residents of DN Parande Park, Dhanori, Pune, including societies such as Mantra Montana, Yash Grecia, and Life Seasons.

Despite thousands of families living here for several years, the basic infrastructure remains in a pathetic condition.

🚧 Roads: The roads leading to our societies are filled with deep potholes. The situation has become much worse during the monsoon. Every day, two-wheelers and four-wheelers are getting damaged—tyres are getting punctured, suspensions are suffering, and commuting has become unsafe. If complete road construction cannot be taken up immediately, at least carry out urgent patchwork to prevent further damage and accidents.

⚡ Electricity: Frequent power cuts lasting several hours have become common. In an era where many people work from home, how are residents expected to continue working during these prolonged blackouts, especially during heavy rains?

💧 Water Supply: Many societies in this area still do not have an approved drinking water pipeline. Residents are forced to spend huge amounts every month on private water tankers despite paying all applicable taxes.

We have fulfilled our responsibilities as citizens by paying taxes, but unfortunately we have not seen corresponding development in our locality.

During the election campaign, MLA Rekha Tingre visited these societies and assured residents that our issues would be addressed. However, after the election, there has been no visible progress. Bobby Tingre also visited recently, but residents are still waiting for concrete action.

I personally spoke to Chandrakant Tingre, husband of Rekha Tingre. The number 9850922999 has also been shared as a helpline, but calls often go unanswered and multiple messages have received no response.

Who should residents approach if even designated contact numbers are unresponsive?

I sincerely request the Municipal Commissioner, PMC officials, our elected representatives, and all concerned authorities to visit DN Parande Park—not in official vehicles, but on a two-wheeler during the rains—to experience firsthand what thousands of residents face every single day.

We are not asking for luxury. We are asking for basic civic infrastructure: safe roads, reliable electricity, and drinking water.

Please act before another accident occurs.
