1) Watered down concentrate does the REAL cider market absolutely no good;
2) Cider is made; NOT brewed. Some still get these wrong. Great article on market struggles cider makers face. Apples, yeast & passion are the only ingredients used at @GoodRoadCider. #TrueCiderDoneRight
