@yarritsblake@noahcamras People seem to over-hype EVERY prospect though. People were calling him the next Bellinger. My point is that this is exactly what can happen to many prospects. Even ones that look like all-stars when they first come up.
@yarritsblake@noahcamras Well he's been a barely-replacement-level player even with that defense back then (and even that has declined since then). He's a complete bust.
@kkingdrs@Klein25 Fans seem to love players who don't perform lol. Calling for Outman back after being dreadful his entire MLB career is really quite something.
@jimsouders@MartyPaul12_@Baseballolol37@DodgerInsider The Dodgers should be better than league-average with the money spent on the rotation. And I guess then RVS deserves the blame for the offense hitting .203 in the WS and averaging 2+ runs per game throughout the postseason.
The Dodgers traded OF James Outman to the Twins for RHP Brock Stewart ahead of last year's deadline.
Stewart has appeared in six games over the last 10 months, spending a majority of the time on the IL.
Outman was just DFA'd after hitting .151 with an OPS of .526 with Minnesota
@jimsouders@MartyPaul12_@Baseballolol37@DodgerInsider Lol, completely ignoring the facts about the offense stated. You can't just accept that the offense is in decline for this team. Nobody is complaining about the pitching. But the offense is an issue, and you act like it's as good as ever.
