Her Bill acted as a de facto ban on the self custody of Bitcoin in the United States and it was written by the Banking Policy Institute. @ewarren is lying. 🤥
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Binance Founder CZ to file defamation lawsuit against anti-crypto US Senator Elizabeth Warren if she does not retract her "false statements."
A US Senator can't get her facts right, in a public post about a person's charge. There were NO money laundering changes.
The same Senator declared "war on crypto", on public TV, 5 days before my sentencing, during the Biden Admin.
Need a better example of weaponization of "Biden's DOJ" against crypto?
This is how little Sen. Warren understands this case: CZ did not plead to money laundering. He is the first and only first-time offender in U.S. history to serve prison time for a single, non-fraud BSA charge. Meanwhile, big banks paid billions for AML lapses with no senior execs jailed. A manifest injustice worthy of a pardon.
👏 @brian_armstrong.
Let me be clear: Bank’s are the enemy of the people. I’m glad Brian Armstrong is bullish and fighting back against them but we can’t underestimate the hold they have on many Senators. @EdMarkey is one of the Senators bought and paid for by the Big Banks. After they caused the GFC of 2008, Ed Markey bailed the Banks out. Regular people lost their homes while the Bankers who caused it all got HUGE bonuses. Ed Markey definitely knows how to play the Washington game - he’s been there since 1976.
Notice how commentators are starting to focus on the “love story” between the murderer and his trans partner.
By focusing on this emotional detail they set up a trap.
If you comment on this piece of data, you risk being labeled a transphobe.
It’s just another form of ad hominem: attacking the person instead of his point.
It redirects attention from the data, back onto you.
“Why do you care that he’s trans?”
“You’re not a transphobe, are you?”
It’s manipulative.
I cover this in Clear Thinker.

Busy day folks? We've been busy also, but let us take 3 minutes of your time and tell you all what we've been doing recently and where we're headed.....

The crazy part about this is $XRP is no more of a "scam" than $BTC, which is no more of a "scam" than the dollar and the whole financial system.
It blows my mind to watch the constant bombardment of hatred towards $XRP specifically and then for those throwing out wild accusations to sit there and say "oh the army attacked me because of what I said". I genuinely don't understand it @scottmelker@MarkYusko
To then continue to say the government could be a "king maker". Where were you the last 5 years when the government literally did the opposite to @Ripple and $XRP, when they picked one token to attack?
I hold the majority of my portfolio in $XRP so I will sit here and defend it. I will not however say it'll be the no1 asset in the future for sure. No one can be certain of what the future holds.
This clip pretty much sums up crypto IMO. The majority want to laugh and joke on the same side, no one over a certain amount of influence dares to challenge the status quo or even have a neutral discussion.
They all want to be a part of "the gang" and share the same opinion. This is what school children do.
Let's all agree, smile, laugh, call names and point at something we've collectively decided we don't like.
To me, it reinforces one of two things;
1. They don't understand that the whole space is just a speculative game (as is the legacy financial market). - less likely
2. They are at some level threatened by $XRP whether they admit it or not. - more likely.
If we (as a collective in crypto) were going to call something a scam or throw collective shade at something, surely it's an asset like $DOGE or FARTCOIN? No intrinsic or inherent value apart from memetic? - NB This doesn't mean I wouldn't buy them, I have, because a trade is a trade.
So overall, if you're not in the insiders club, you're against it. I do sometimes feel embarrassed that the leading voices in the space act in this way it's crazy to see from a group of adults.
I've been laughed out of rooms for being an $XRP holder. People have left mid conversation when I've spoken to them. It's a very strange thing.
