We are here today as the Berlin Jewish Bund; we are Jews of different origins and backgrounds; German Jews, Russian Jews, Israeli Jews, Ashkenazi Jews, and Mizrahi Jews.
Germany’s antisemitism commissioner, Felix Klein, revises history by projecting all antisemitism on migrants. It is ironic that Germans are worried about antisemitism being imported instead of reflecting on their own family histories...
'as Jews we experience German antisemitism on regular basis and its all the more appalling that accusations of antisemitism are often used as an instrument to silence demands for Palestinian human rights' PLEASE WATCH, PLEASE SHARE.
Germany, you honestly need to do some major self-reflection on the Palestinian question. You can atone for your dark past without being an accomplice to Israeli racism, atrocities & war crimes. It’s obvious to these Palestinian protestors in Berlin. It’s obvious to the world.
@connollyberlin Can you explain your choice of sources for this article? How did you arrive at the anti-israel equals anti-semitism angle? Did you receive formal instructions on how to report on this in Germany similar to the @dwnews ?
@connollyberlin Instead of reporting of powerful protests in which Jews marched in solidarity for a free Palestine, your give voice to conservative politicians who shout "antisemitism" to justify German military support for Israeli bombings. Why? https://t.co/I4rIhShOOJ
Wild spin here. I was one of many Jews at the "most violent protest" in Neukölln and witnessed a great deal of pain, anger & frustration but nothing remotely antisemitic, no flag-burning, very diverse and predominantly peaceful (h/t @BCR_Radio) https://t.co/9RFQyVcSIH

https://t.co/mjLOApgm4C Watch for yourself some footage from the beautiful demonstration that brought together people protesting the oppressive state currently comitting war crimes @guardian@connollyberlin
Are we living in parallel universe? @guardian what kind of reporting is this? The demonstration in Berlin did not burn any flags, it was peaceful and it was aggressively provoked and attacked by the police at the very end, when the crowds have dispersed
https://t.co/Gdui7cXxLm
Why would you not try to contact the organisers of the event to get a quote? Did you do any research? Speak to any attendees? Just taking police word for it ? @guardian@connollyberlin
It was also attended by a beautiful, diverse crowd of 16.000 people including by myself and many of our stations contributors and friends. Shameful level of journalism standards from @guardian
This is a complete utter misleading disinformation, the organisers of the demonstration @PalestinSpricht have worked with @JvpAction and have put out statements against antisemitism.
