@xstat32x @Jordan_Bianchi I think my point is the fight for the reg season champ isnt even talked about. I propose is that the reg season champ starts as the no 1 seed (seeds are based on pts) and gets a big enough head start where TV covers the reg season champ b/c it means so much for the chase.

@xstat32x @Jordan_Bianchi Huh? Not sure if you are defending the current system but he did make the Champ 4 (had to win Martinsville) but I don't think he even started each round with most points. I don't like a one race final and having 3 winners and only 1 get in on points puts less emphasis on the pts.

@aaronbearden93 @jeff_gluck I saw something where someone suggested you can't take tires on GWC finishes. I think that would limit some of the randomness to the GWC finishes if they say fuel only pit stops allowed within 5 to go and your stuck with the tires you have.

@EWErickson Erick this won't work. They will move the markets with their purchase to a price where the normal American would not get it at the same discount. This takes seconds not a day. Ban trading, not investing. They can be limited to mutual funds (with diverse holdings) like many 401Ks

@koop_designs05 @The_OGreg @jeff_gluck How is the chase not a version of the playoffs? They literally reset the points with 10 races to go with a measley 5 pts between each position. You could go from 10th to 1st in one race.

@HighLineBetting @Brian_Twining @EricEstepp17 If you have a good reg season and earn enough playoff pts it allows you to have a bad race in the 1-3-3-3 format. I think everyone overlooks the playoff pts in this system and how much of an advantage you can get having a good reg season.

@markmartin @NASCAR If you want a "season long" champion, then celebrate the regular season champion (I wish Nascar would make a bigger deal of it). 26 races is more than most racing series anyway. Improve the playoff format for those that enjoy the extra drama.
