తన తొలి సినిమా `షావుకారు` పేరునే తన ఇంటి పేరుగా మార్చుకున్న నటి జానకమ్మ గారు. ఏడు దశాబ్దాలకు పైగా పలు భాషల్లో తన విలక్షణ నటనతో ప్రేక్షకుల హృదయాల్లో చెరగని ముద్ర వేశారు.

రాష్ట్ర పాఠశాల విద్యా రంగంలో ఆందోళనకర పరిణామాలు
‘UDISE+’ గణాంకాలు తేల్చి చెబుతున్న వాస్తవాలు.

‘మా ప్రభుత్వ చివరి ఏడాది అయిన 2023–24తో పోలిస్తే 2025–26లో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల నమోదు భారీగా తగ్గిపోయింది. కానీ, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం, ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల నుంచి 1.10 లక్షల మందికి పైగా విద్యార్థులు ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చేరారని పదే పదే ప్రచారం చేసుకుంటోంది. ప్రభుత్వ విద్యా వ్యవస్థపై ప్రజల్లో నమ్మకం పెరిగిందనడానికి ఇదే నిదర్శనమని చెప్పుకుంటోంది. ఆధారం లేని ప్రకటనలు చేయడం, ఆ తర్వాత అధికారిక గణాంకాలతోనే దొరికిపోవడం కూటమి ప్రభుత్వానికి అలవాటుగా మారిపోయింది’.

‘నిజంగా 1.10 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థులు ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల నుంచి ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చేరితే ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో మొత్తం విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య పెరగాలి కదా? కానీ కేంద్ర విద్యాశాఖకు చెందిన ‘యుడైస్‌’ ( యూనిఫైడ్‌ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్‌ ఇన్ఫర్మేషన్‌ సిస్టమ్‌ ఫర్‌ స్కూల్‌ ఎడ్యుకేషన్‌ – యూడీఐఎస్‌ఈ) వెల్లడించిన అధికారిక గణాంకాలు అందుకు పూర్తి విరుద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయి. 2023–24 విద్యా సంవత్సరం, 2025–26 విద్యా సంవత్సరంతో పోల్చి చూస్తే, ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య 40,50,116 నుంచి 34,93,450కి పడిపోయింది. అంటే ఏకంగా 5,56,666 మంది విద్యార్థులు తగ్గిపోయారు. అదే సమయంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల సంఖ్య 45 వేల నుంచి 44,222 కు తగ్గిపోయింది. ఇంకా ప్రభుత్వ ఎయిడెడ్‌ పాఠశాలల సంఖ్య కూడా 991 నుంచి 797కు పడిపోయింది. మరోవైపు అదే సమయంలో ప్రైవేటు యాజమాన్యంలోని పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య 45,53,380 నుంచి 48,40,296కు పెరిగింది’.

‘అలా ప్రభుత్వ, ఎయిడెడ్‌ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థులు తగ్గిపోతుంటే ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల్లో మాత్రం పెరుగుతున్నారు. అంటే, కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం చెబుతున్నది ఒకటైతే, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధికారిక గణాంకాలు వెల్లడిస్తున్న వాస్తవాలు మరొకటి. రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల దుస్థితికి, ప్రభుత్వ ప్రచారంలోని డొల్లతనానికి ఈ లెక్కలే ప్రత్యక్ష సాక్ష్యం’.

‘ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోని ప్రైవేటు విద్యా రంగంలో నారాయణ, శ్రీచైతన్య, భాష్యం, విజ్ఞాన్, గీతం వంటి సంస్థల ఆధిపత్యం ఉంది. ఈ సంస్థలతో టీడీపీకి ఉన్న అపవిత్ర సంబంధాల కారణంగానే ప్రభుత్వ విద్యావ్యవస్థను ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా బలహీనపరుస్తూ, ప్రైవేటు విద్యా సంస్థల అభివృద్ధికి @ncbn ప్రభుత్వం బాట వేస్తోందన్న అనుమానాలు మరింత బలపడుతున్నాయి. ప్రైవేటు పాఠశాలల్లో చదివించే ఆర్థిక స్థోమత లేని పేద, మధ్య తరగతి కుటుంబాల పిల్లలకు నాణ్యమైన విద్యను దూరం చేస్తున్న అత్యంత ఆందోళనకరమైన పరిస్థితి ఇది’.

‘2019–24 మధ్య గత వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ ప్రభుత్వం విద్యా రంగంలో విప్లవాత్మక సంస్కరణలు తీసుకొచ్చింది. మనబడి నాడు–నేడు ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు, సంక్షేమ వసతి గృహాలు, జూనియర్‌ కళాశాలలు కలిపి 56,703 విద్యా సంస్థల్లో మౌలిక సదుపాయాల అభివృద్ధికి చర్యలు చేపట్టాం. ఫర్నిచర్, రక్షిత మంచినీరు, రన్నింగ్‌ నీటి సదుపాయంతో కూడిన మరుగుదొడ్లు, అదనపు తరగతి గదులు తదితర సదుపాయాలతో ప్రభుత్వ విద్యాసంస్థల రూపురేఖలను మార్చాం. మొదటి దశలో 15,715 పాఠశాలల్లో పనులు పూర్తి చేశాం. రెండో దశలో 22,344 పాఠశాలలకు పనులను విస్తరించగా, మూడో దశ పనులు కూడా 2024 జూన్‌ నాటికి కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. నాడు–నేడు కార్యక్రమం కోసం మన ప్రభుత్వం రూ.8,524 కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేసింది’.

‘ఎనిమిదవ తరగతి విద్యార్థులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులకు బైజూస్‌ కంటెంట్‌తో కూడిన ట్యాబ్‌లను ఉచితంగా అందించాం. పేద పిల్లలు ప్రపంచస్థాయిలో పోటీ పడాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ప్రాథమిక స్థాయి నుంచే ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమాన్ని ప్రవేశపెట్టాం. విద్యార్థులు సులభంగా ఆంగ్ల మాధ్యమంలోకి మారేందుకు ద్విభాషా పాఠ్యపుస్తకాలు, ఆక్స్‌ఫర్డ్‌ డిక్షనరీలను అందించాం. ఆరో తరగతి నుంచి ప్రతి తరగతి గదిలో డిజిటల్‌ బోధన కోసం 62 వేల ఇంటరాక్టివ్‌ ఫ్లాట్‌ ప్యానల్స్‌ (ఐఎఫ్‌పీ) ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. ఒకటి నుంచి ఐదో తరగతి వరకు విద్యార్థులున్న పాఠశాలల్లో 45 వేల స్మార్ట్‌ టీవీలను ఏర్పాటు చేశాం. ఇంకా మూడో తరగతి నుంచే విద్యార్థుల్లో స్పోకెన్‌ ఇంగ్లిష్‌లో నైపుణ్యం పెంపొందించేందుకు టోఫెల్‌ శిక్షణ ప్రవేశపెట్టాం. ఇంకా విద్యార్థులకు అంతర్జాతీయ టోఫెల్‌ సర్టిఫికేషన్‌ అందించేందుకు అమెరికాకు చెందిన ఎడ్యుకేషనల్‌ టెస్టింగ్‌ సర్వీసెస్‌ (ఈటీఎస్‌)తో ఒప్పందం చేసుకున్నాం’.

‘ఇంకా మన పిల్లలు ప్రపంచస్థాయిలో పోటీ పడి విజయం సాధించాలనే లక్ష్యంతో ఇంటర్నేషనల్‌ బాకలారియేట్‌–ఐబీ విద్యా విధానాన్ని కూడా ప్రవేశపెట్టేందుకు చర్యలు ప్రారంభించాం. ఐబీ విధానంపై ఉపాధ్యాయులు, ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఎంఈవోలు, ఇతర విద్యాశాఖ సిబ్బందికి శిక్షణ, సామర్థ్యాభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టాం’

‘ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలను కార్పొరేట్‌ పాఠశాలలకు ధీటుగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు మన ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతి అడుగూ ముందుకు వేసింది. కానీ ఈరోజు కూటమి ప్రభుత్వంలో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు తగ్గుతున్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య పడిపోతుండగా, ప్రైవేటు విద్యా సంస్థల్లో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య పెరుగుతోంది. ఇది ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాల విద్యా రంగంలో ఆందోళనకర పరిణామం’.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

The UDISE + Data for AY (Academic year) 2025-26 brings to light a very dangerous trend in the State of Andhra Pradesh. There is a clear reduction in the number of enrolments during AY 2025-26, when compared with AY 2023-24, the last year of our Government, particularly in Government schools. The State Government has repeatedly claimed that over 1.10 lakh students have shifted from private schools to government schools, portraying it as evidence of growing public confidence in government education. This is in line with their party's philosophy of making most unjustifiable claims and ones which are very clearly exposed and contradicted by official statistics and figures.

If government schools were indeed witnessing such a large influx of students, the overall enrolment in government schools should have increased. Instead, the UDISE plus (Unified District Information system for School Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India) comparison between AY 2023-24 and AY 2025-26 shows that government school enrolment fell from 40,50,116 to 34,93,450 students, a decline of 5,56,666 students. At the same time, the number of government schools have also been reduced from 45,000 to 44,222, while government-aided schools declined from 991 to 797. What is also noteworthy is that during the same period, the enrolment of students in schools operating under private management have increased from 45,53,380 in 2023-24 to 48,40,296 in 2025-26. Therefore, the enrolment in Government and Government aided schools has come down and the enrolment in private schools has increased. This clearly demonstrates the plight of Government schools in AP and proves that the claim of the State Government is incorrect.

An important aspect that deserves attention is that, the Andhra Pradesh private education sector is dominated by institutions such as Narayana, Sri Chaitanya, Bhashyam, Vignan, and GITAM. The @ncbn Government has close unholy association with these institutions and is therefore clearly weakening the education in Government sector to support the growth of private sector educational institutions.

The statistics indicate a very worrisome trend of quality education being made inaccessible to students who are unable to afford to enroll in private schools.

𝗔 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗿𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

During the period of the YSRCP regime between 2019-24, the number of reforms and transformative steps initiated have brought about substantial improvements in the education system.

The Mana Badi - Nadu Nedu initiative had modernized the infrastructure across 56,703 government schools, welfare hostels, and junior colleges by upgrading facilities like furniture, drinking water, sanitation, classrooms and so forth. Phase I, covering 15,715 schools, was completed, while Phase II extended these improvements to 22,344 schools and Phase III was underway by June 2024.

English medium was made medium of instruction from primary level and to make transition seamless, bilingual textbooks and oxford dictionary were made available to all students. This is most pertinent, considering the reality that our children must be capable of competing in global arena.

Further, 62,000 IFPs were installed in every classroom from 6th class and above to boost digital education.

45,000 smart TVs were installed in every school having classes from 1st to 5th.

With respect to TOEFL, a subject was introduced from class 3 onwards to help students develop spoken English skills. An MOU to this effect was singed with American Educational Testing Services (ETS) to provide international certification for TOEFL.

Further, a major reform was initiated, to enable students to compete and succeed at global level. IB (international baccalaureate) was planned to be introduced and work in this regard had commenced with capacity building and providing training in IB system to teachers, school heads, MEOs and other faculty.

The emphasis of the YSRCP Government was on making quality education accessible to everyone.

.@ncbn garu, will you force junior doctors, who save lives, onto the streets and put the lives of poor patients at risk?

Nearly 9,000 interns, postgraduate doctors, super-speciality doctors and senior residents from 19 government medical colleges across the State have been protesting for the past two weeks. Why have you not responded to them? Why have you withheld the stipend revision that, as per the rules, should have come into effect from January 1?

GO No. 287 provides for a 15 percent increase in the stipend of junior doctors every two years. During our tenure, we went beyond this and increased the stipend by 42.4 per cent. We also recognised those pursuing super-speciality courses as Senior Residents and, considering their request, increased their stipend beyond the prescribed level, resulting in an overall increase of 77 percent. We also increased the stipends of AYUSH junior doctors on par with those of allopathic junior doctors. When junior doctors are seeking an increase of more than 15 per cent, considering rising prices, inflation and the increased cost of living, is it not unfair that you say you will increase their stipends by only 3 to 5 per cent?

Government teaching hospitals depend heavily on the hard work of junior doctors to provide medical services. Now, due to the strike, even emergency services such as casualty, ICUs and labour rooms are being affected, causing serious hardship to poor patients. Is your government's stubborn attitude not responsible for this situation, Chandrababu garu?

Aarogyasri network hospitals are already struggling because of the dues accumulated under your government. On the other hand, you have severely weakened the government healthcare system. In an unprecedented initiative in the country's history, we took up 17 new government medical colleges at one time. We completed five of them and started classes. We also made another medical college ready for classes, bringing a total of six colleges into operation. Instead of completing the remaining colleges, you are trying to sell them off.

As if this were not enough, you have stopped the remaining Nadu-Nedu works in government teaching hospitals and other hospitals. Government hospitals are struggling due to the lack of medicines meeting WHO/GMP standards. You have abandoned the zero-vacancy policy. You are gradually reducing the nearly 50,000 healthcare personnel appointed during our government.

You have weakened the Family Doctor programme. You have removed specialist doctors from Community Health Centres. You have rendered Village and Urban Clinics ineffective. You have severely weakened Aarogyasri and accumulated dues of more than Rs 3,000 crore. The damage you have caused to the public healthcare system is immense. Now, by dealing with junior doctors with the same arrogance, you are pushing even the remaining medical services beyond the reach of poor people.

Chandrababu garu, at least now, give up this arrogance. Immediately invite representatives of the junior doctors for talks and resolve their legitimate demands. .@ncbn గారూ… ప్రాణాలు కాపాడే జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లను రోడ్డెక్కించి, పేద రోగుల ప్రాణాలతో చెలగాటమాడతారా?

రాష్ట్రంలోని 19 ప్రభుత్వ మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీలకు చెందిన దాదాపు 9 వేల మంది ఇంటర్న్‌లు, పీజీలు, సూపర్‌ స్పెషాలిటీ, సీనియర్‌ రెసిడెంట్‌ డాక్టర్లు రెండు వారాలుగా ఆందోళన చేస్తున్నా మీరు ఎందుకు స్పందించడం లేదు? నిబంధనల ప్రకారం జనవరి 1 నుంచి అమలుకావాల్సిన స్టైపెండ్‌ సవరణను ఎందుకు నిలిపివేశారు?

జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లకు జీవో నంబర్‌ 287 నిర్దేశించిన 15శాతం కంటే అధికంగా మా హయాంలో 42.4 శాతం పెంచాం. సూపర్‌ స్పెషాల్టీ కోర్సును అభ్యసిస్తున్న వారిని సీనియర్‌ రెసిడెంట్స్‌గా గురిస్తూ, వారి విజ్ఞప్తినికూడా పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుని నిర్దేశించిన దానికంటే పెంచి, మొత్తంగా 77శాతం వారికి పెంచాం. ఆయుష్‌ విభాగానికి చెందిన జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లకు కూడా అల్లోపతి జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల తరహాలోనే స్టైపెండ్ పెంచాం. పెరిగిన ధరలు, ద్రవ్యోల్బణం, జీవన వ్యయాన్ని పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని 15 శాతం కంటే మెరుగైన పెంపు ఇవ్వాలని జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్లు కోరుతుంటే, కేవలం 3 నుంచి 5 శాతం మాత్రమే పెంచుతామని చెప్పడం అన్యాయం కాదా?

జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల శ్రమతోనే ప్రభుత్వ బోధనాసుపత్రుల్లో వైద్యసేవలు నడుస్తున్నాయి. ఇప్పుడు సమ్మె కారణంగా క్యాజువాలిటీ, ఐసీయూ, లేబర్‌ రూమ్‌ వంటి అత్యవసర సేవలకూ అంతరాయం ఏర్పడి పేద రోగులు తీవ్రంగా ఇబ్బందిపడుతున్నారు. ఈ పరిస్థితికి మీ ప్రభుత్వ మొండివైఖరే కారణం కాదా చంద్రబాబుగారూ?

ఇప్పటికే మీరు పెట్టిన బకాయిలతో ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ నెట్‌ వర్క్‌ ఆస్పత్రులు చేతులు ఎత్తేశాయి. మరోవంక ప్రభుత్వ వైద్యరంగాన్ని మీరు దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీశారు. దేశ చరిత్రలో ఎక్కడా లేనివిధంగా మేం ఒకేసారి 17 కొత్త ప్రభుత్వ మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీలను తీసుకొచ్చి, ఐదింటిని పూర్తిచేసి క్లాసులుకూడా ప్రారంభిస్తే, మరో కాలేజీని క్లాసులకు సిద్ధంచేసి, మొత్తంగా ఆరు అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చాం. మిగిలిన వాటిని పూర్తిచేయాల్సిందిపోయి, వాటిని తెగనమ్మడానికి ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు. ఇదిసరిపోక ప్రభుత్వ బోధనాసుపత్రులు, ఇతర ఆస్పత్రుల్లో మిగిలిన నాడు–నేడు పనులను మీరు నిలిపివేశారు. WHO/GMP ప్రమాణాలు ఉండే మందులు లేక గవర్నమెంటు ఆస్పత్రులు విలవిల్లాడుతున్నాయి. జీరో వేకెన్సీ పాలసీకి మంగళం పాడారు. వైద్యరంగంలో మేం నియమించిన 50 వేల మంది సిబ్బందిని క్రమంగా తగ్గిస్తున్నారు.

ఫ్యామిలీ డాక్టర్‌ విధానానికి గండికొట్టారు. సీహెచ్‌సీల్లో స్పెషలిస్ట్‌ డాక్టర్లను తొలగించారు. విలేజ్‌, అర్బన్‌ క్లినిక్‌లను నిర్వీర్యం చేశారు. ఆరోగ్యశ్రీని దారుణంగా దెబ్బతీసి రూ.3 వేల కోట్లకుపైగా బకాయిలు పెట్టారు. ప్రజారోగ్య వ్యవస్థలో మీరు సృష్టించిన విధ్వంసం అంతా ఇంతా కాదు. ఇప్పుడు జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల విషయంలోనూ అహంకారంతో వ్యవహరిస్తూ, మిగిలిన వైద్యసేవలను కూడా పేదలకు దూరం చేస్తున్నారు.

చంద్రబాబుగారూ… ఇప్పటికైనా అహంకారం వీడండి. జూనియర్‌ డాక్టర్ల ప్రతినిధులను వెంటనే చర్చలకు పిలిచి, వారి న్యాయమైన డిమాండ్లను పరిష్కరించండి. తగిన స్థాయిలో స్టైపెండ్‌ను పెంచి, సమ్మెను విరమింపజేసి, ప్రభుత్వ ఆస్పత్రుల్లో పేద రోగులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులూ లేకుండా చూడండి.

మాజీ మంత్రి, వైయ‌స్ఆర్‌సీపీ నేత కారుమూరి నాగేశ్వరరావును అక్రమ కేసులో అరెస్టు చేయడం బీసీల ఆత్మగౌరవంపై కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం చేసిన దాడి అని వైయ‌స్ఆర్‌సీపీ బీసీ సెల్ రాష్ట్ర వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ రమేష్ గౌడ్ ధ్వజమెత్తారు. బీసీ నాయకులు ప్రజా సమస్యలపై ప్రశ్నిస్తే కేసులు, అరెస్టులతో రాజకీయంగా అణచివేసే కుట్రకు కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం తెరతీసిందని మండిపడ్డారు. కారుమూరి అరెస్టుతో పాటు బీసీ నేతలను లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకుంటున్న ప్రభుత్వ వైఖరిని తిప్పికొడతామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. మాజీ మంత్రి కారుమూరి నాగేశ్వరరావు అక్రమ అరెస్టును ఖండిస్తూ రమేష్ గౌడ్ వీడియో విడుదల చేశారు.

- కారుమూరిని అక్రమ కేసులో ఇరికించడం దుర్మార్గం

“కారుమూరి నాగేశ్వరరావు గారు బీసీ నేత. బడుగులకు అండగా నిలిచిన శ్రీ వైయస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి గారి నాయకత్వాన్ని గౌరవించే వ్యక్తి. అలాంటి వ్యక్తిపై లేని కేసులను సృష్టించి, అక్రమ మద్యం రవాణా కేసులో ఇరికించే ప్రయత్నం చేసి అరెస్టు చేయడం దుర్మార్గం కాదా? చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు చెప్పాలి. ఇది బీసీల ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని దెబ్బతీయడం కాదా? ఎందుకు రాష్ట్రంలో ఇలాంటి వాతావరణాన్ని సృష్టిస్తున్నారు?”

- బీసీ నేతలను ఒక్కొక్కరినీ టార్గెట్‌ చేస్తున్నారు

“గత రెండున్నరేళ్లుగా బీసీ నేతలను ఒక్కొక్కరినీ ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా కేసులు, అరెస్టుల పేరుతో రాజకీయాలకు దూరం చేసే ప్రయత్నాలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. ఆలూరు ఎమ్మెల్యే విరూపాక్షి, మాజీ మంత్రులు సీదిరి అప్పలరాజు, జోగి రమేష్‌, విడుదల రజిని, ఆమదాలవలస ఇన్‌చార్జ్ చింతాడ రవికుమార్‌ వంటి ఎంతో మంది బీసీ నేతలను మీ రాజకీయ స్వార్థం కోసం బలిపశువులను చేస్తారా? మీ ప్రజా వ్యతిరేక విధానాలను ప్రశ్నించకూడదా? మాట్లాడకూడదా? బీసీలు వ్యాపారం చేయకూడదా? గౌరవంగా జీవించకూడదా? రాజకీయాలు చేయకూడదా? ప్రతిపక్షంలో ఉన్నారనే కారణంతో బీసీ నేతలను ఇంత దుర్మార్గంగా టార్గెట్‌ చేయడం ఎక్కడి న్యాయం?”

- బీసీలకు రెండు రకాల రాజ్యాంగాలు లేవు

“మీకు నచ్చిన విధంగా బీసీ నేతలపై స్వైరవిహారం చేయడానికి రెండు రకాల రాజ్యాంగాలు ఏమైనా సృష్టించుకున్నారా? బీసీలను రాజకీయంగా అణచివేస్తూ, వారిని మీ చెప్పుచేతల్లో బానిసల్లా బతకాలని అనుకుంటే అది ఎప్పటికీ సాధ్యం కాదు. బీసీలను అవమానించే, బీసీ నాయకత్వాన్ని అణచివేసే విధానాలను యావత్‌ బీసీ సమాజం గమనిస్తోంది. బీసీలను రక్షించడానికి, వారికి గౌరవప్రదమైన జీవితం కల్పించడానికి, రాజకీయంగా ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడానికి శ్రీ వైయస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి గారు అండగా ఉన్నారనే విషయాన్ని చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు మర్చిపోవద్దు.”

- బీసీ సమాజం గుణపాఠం చెప్పే రోజు వస్తుంది

“బీసీ సమాజం పట్ల మీరు వ్యవహరిస్తున్న దుర్మార్గమైన తీరుకు భవిష్యత్తులో పెద్ద ఎత్తున గుణపాఠం చెప్పే రోజు వస్తుంది. మీ విధానాల వల్ల అన్యాయానికి, అక్రమాలకు గురైన ప్రతి బీసీ నేతకు శ్రీ వైయస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి గారి నాయకత్వంలో వైయ‌స్ఆర్‌సీపీ అండగా నిలుస్తుంది. మీరు ఎన్ని కుట్రలు చేసినా, ఎన్ని కుతంత్రాలు చేసినా, ఎన్ని కేసులు పెట్టినా, ఎన్ని అరెస్టులు చేసినా ప్రజా వ్యతిరేక విధానాలను ప్రశ్నించకుండా ఉండే ప్రసక్తే లేదు. వైయస్‌ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి గారి నాయకత్వాన్ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేస్తాం. మీ బెదిరింపులకు, మీ కక్షసాధింపు చర్యలకు బీసీలు భయపడరు. చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు ఇప్పటికైనా బీసీలపై కక్షసాధింపు విధానాన్ని విడనాడాలి.”

బీసీ నాయకులను లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకుని కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం కొనసాగిస్తున్న కేసులు, అరెస్టుల రాజకీయాలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా బీసీ సమాజం ఐక్యంగా నిలవాలని రమేష్‌ గౌడ్‌ పిలుపునిచ్చారు. ప్రజా సమస్యలపై ప్రశ్నించే హక్కును, బీసీల రాజకీయ హక్కులను ఎవరూ అణచివేయలేరని స్పష్టం చేశారు
