My general EPL takes:

1. Arsenal - Osimhen away. Arsenal made all the marginal moves they needed to improve their depth. Used to think beyond starting 11, things were pretty dire but - Trossard, Jorginho, Timber, Rice, Havertz make things spicy, especially for a CL run.

And Deschamps won’t play the PSG system for his sake because there are players he can trust and will deliver at the level. Mbappe is France’s all-time top scorer for a reason.
