@IndonesiaGaruda i also ask the cs on WA (tried this first actually, but since no answer for 30mins i finally called them). After 1 hour they finally answer. But they keep asking me to wait for 3-5 or 10 mins & turned out i waited more than double #GarudaIndonesiaSucks#GIASucks
@IndonesiaGaruda called again their 0804 hotline number. The cs sais only 2 seats are confirmed linked to the ticket while the other 2 not linked yet. That's why only 2.4mio reflected. HOW COME? I ALREADY GOT 4 EMAILS FOR EACH 1.2MIO SEATS PAID #garudaindonesiasucks#giasucks
@IndonesiaGaruda so yesterday I went to GIA sales office at Bali airport. Paid Rp 4.8mio for 4 seats service & service fee stated on the tickets on their apps only 2.4mio where is my other 2.4mio?
