If there’s one thing I’ve learned in the past 30 years, it’s that facts have very little bearing on what the public believes.

@cmclymer Are these spam links actually legit? My phone is getting DDOSed with messages like this containing random donation URLs. I’ve been reporting them as fraud to FTC because they link to domains I’ve never interacted with.
