There is no point training 8 days a week and being constantly sore, drained and exhausted /1
There's no point losing tons of weight if you feel weak, fatigued and mentally wiped out.
When it comes to your goals, our number 1 priority is that you feel like you can take on the world both mentally and physically! /2
What is the #BFAST5 you say? 🤔
Well it’s our mantra for a healthier life in body and mind - our core values + guiding framework to help you stay on track when things get tough
And we don’t speak about it enough!
So we’re going to break it down over the next few days /1
This is being off balance, and we may start getting diminishing returns toward our goals
We want to find that sweet spot where you feel good in the gym and out. Long term habits is the aim.
Finding that balance is telling yourself "ok lets readjust a bit", and that's ok /4
