The School has not agreed to the use of a mediator. We will return to the bargaining table on Friday, but there will be no mediator present.

A quick update: The Union Negotiating Committee is eager to get back to the bargaining table to finalize our union contract. We have proposed to the School that we retain an experienced labor mediator to help us reach an agreement. We await the School's response.
