Oh you want out so badly that you gave us three whole teams, two of which already win all the Cups plus one with no assets left to make a decent offer? Cool, you have five years left on your contract, see you at practice.
Could Larkin could fetch back the 2nd overall from San Jose (Ivar Stenberg) and Misa? Thats your goal.
what would even this out?
Would you move ASP + Larkin for 1st and Misa? sounds scary but you're adding a potential no 1/2 C and a top 6 winger with speed who can drive play

I don’t mean to be that guy but Montreal should not be letting a used car salesman like Don Garber convince them they’re going to consistently fill Olympic stadium.
Why they shouldn’t:
2C is not a concern for this team
The assets spent would cripple the future of a team that isn’t in a position to win with a single forward acquisition
Also, if you’re looking to read without a paywall, let me know. I can show you how.
I can’t stress how much I truly dislike Brad Treliving. I feel like there are multiple people in my fantasy hockey keeper league would have made better decisions than him.
Don’t. Trade. Knies.

🚨 MATTHEW KNIES WAS ONE MINUTE AWAY FROM BEING A MONTREAL CANADIEN.
Now confirmed, last year’s trade-deadline deal that would have sent Knies to Montreal fell through after being submitted exactly 60 seconds past the 3 p.m. ET hard deadline.
“Now, I’ve heard different variations on why it was late and whose fault it was, but I don’t know for sure,” Friedman said. “But a lot of people pointed fingers at others.”
However, with Brad Treliving out and John Chayka now GM, a potential deal revisiting Knies to Montreal is seen as “unlikely to be revisited.”
