This is a brilliant idea. Abusers have no rights. There is a pedophile data base why not this one. An abuser should not be allowed to have privacy so that they can continue to destroy lives. These people are depraved and have severe mental illness. They should be stopped.

@DomesticAbuseis I went back so many times. He made it so I had nothing when I left. It took getting pregnant for me to leave for good. Even with my best efforts he always finds us. Until recently I always let him back in to some extent. Now I Realize he will never change!
